- What are Big-Bags?
Roofing sheets are collected in Big-Bags. These are plastic textile sacks that can hold about 300 to 400 square metres of old roofing sheets up to a maximum weight of approximately 1,000 kg.
- How are old roofing sheets dismantled?
Dismantling is a three-step process:
1. Preparation and cleaning
2. Measuring and pre-cutting
3. Rolling up the sheets and dumping into Big-Bags or a skip
These are then collected by the recycling company.
