Recovered paper – an important raw material for the paper industry

We process recovered paper for our customers  according to the recovered paper specification or specific customer requirements. Thanks to our modern production facilities, it is possible for the European paper industry to manufacture more than 3,000 different grades of new paper. Recovered paper is the decisive raw material for this

Processing of recovered paper

Related to the complete production of paper and board, the share of recovered paper in the production of new paper amounts to more than 66%.

These requirements of the paper industry are a big challenge, which we gladly accept.

In the processing of the various grades of recovered paper, we are guided by the grades list of the German Pulp and Paper Association.

Here a small extract of the so-called mass grades:

A mixture of various qualities of paper and board, containing a maximum of 40% of newspapers and magazines.

Grade 1.04 Supermarket corrugated paper and   board

Grade 1.11 Sorted graphic paper for deinking

Sorted graphic paper from households, newspapers and magazines, each at a minimum of 40%.
